As a Lease Administration Intern at Array Digital Infrastructure, you'll play a meaningful role in supporting a national portfolio of telecommunications real estate leases that help power critical connectivity across the country.
This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to lease management processes, contract documentation, data administration, and payment workflows. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll help ensure lease records are accurate, organized, and audit-ready while gaining valuable insight into how infrastructure assets are managed at scale.
This internship is ideal for students pursuing degrees in business, real estate, finance, legal studies, operations, or related fields who are interested in developing strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills in a professional environment.
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, including 8-10 hours in the office (Monday-Wednesday)

Pay Transparency
The pay range listed for this position represents the low and high end of the base compensation range. However, the base pay rate offered for this position is expected to be $20.00 per hour. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation.
