We are seeking a strategic and creative Manager – Digital Brand Marketing to lead TDS’s digital brand strategy. This role will shape our brand voice, identity, and positioning to strengthen awareness, enhance customer engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.

 

As the leader of our digital brand initiatives, you will analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies to inform best practices. You’ll collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling digital content that attracts and retains customers while aligning with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to support business objectives across multiple channels and segments.  Responsibilities include:
    • Oversee the creation of digital content
    • Test and analyze digital creative results. Find the winners and implements across other marketing channels.
    • Identify new target audiences and media markets
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts, messaging, and campaigns
    • Establish timelines
    • Partner with internal teams, and/or external agencies and vendors.
  • Guide the development and management of customer acquisition, retention, and growth strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing plans that drive profitability across all products, including bundles, internet, TV, voice, mobile, and new launches.
  • Analyze campaign performance to assess effectiveness and inform future creative strategy. Develop testing plans, optimize tactics based on results, and continuously explore new approaches to messaging and engagement. Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform brand position. Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure the website reflects the brand identity.
  • Prepare and present strategic digital marketing plans, performance insights, and recommendations to internal teams and senior leadership.
  • Gain awareness of market dynamics through research, etc., as well as actively participate in troubleshooting marketing-related issues impacting sales.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and advertising, including competitive branding strategy.

 

Other Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in telecommunications or cable industry and business administration.
  • Working knowledge of pricing strategies, promotional analysis, and marketing performance reporting.
  • Ability to evaluate marketing initiatives for effectiveness, profitability, customer retention, and satisfaction.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and decision-making skills informed by customer insights.
  • Experience managing marketing projects and cross-functional processes. 
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and customer base preferred; ability to learn quickly.
