Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
Lead Digital Transformation

  • Consolidate and modernize multiple websites and migrate to cloud-based CMS platforms.
  • Define scalable architecture and user-centric design frameworks.
  • Align technology decisions with business goals across cross-functional teams.

Drive eCommerce Strategy & Optimization

  • Develop strategies to increase acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Optimize the online sales funnel, UX/UI, and mobile-first experiences.
  • Oversee site merchandising and content strategy aligned with business objectives.

Build & Lead a High-Performing Team

  • Mentor and grow a talented digital team into a center of excellence.
  • Instill agile methodologies, clear KPIs, and a culture of accountability.

Own Measurement, Reporting & SEO

  • Implement performance dashboards and analytics models.
  • Lead SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic and domain authority.
  • Champion A/B and multivariate testing for data-driven improvements.

Integrate Marketing & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Partner with brand and campaign teams for cohesive digital experiences.
  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns through optimized digital merchandising.

Qualifications

Required Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, digital commerce, or related field;
  • 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
  • 3+ years’ experience leading people

 

 

Other Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale website and CMS migrations to cloud-based platforms (e.g., Salesforce CMS, Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Hands-on leader with a proven ability to balance strategic vision and tactical execution, while building and mentoring high-performing teams and driving scalable, transformational change.
  • Strong proficiency in SEO strategy, performance measurement, and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz).
  • Solid knowledge of UX/UI best practices, responsive design, and digital accessibility standards.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and frameworks (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus, Magento, or similar).
  • Agile or scrum methodology experience a plus.
  • Strategic, data-driven thinker with a strong grasp of customer needs, business drivers, and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to influence cross-functionally and present to executives.
