As a Right-of-Entry (ROE) Specialist Intern, you will build a solid foundation for your career by gaining hands-on experience from working on multiple projects with a wide-variety applications such as Salesforce CRM, JIRA Cloud, and Microsoft Office 365 to name a few.

 

Work Schedule: This is a 6-month assignment (ideal start date is late June). We require approximately 24+ hours per week during core business hours (Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm CST), but you can work up to 40 hours per week if your schedule allows and we are flexible with the shift times.

 

Pay: The hourly compensation for this position is $17/Hr.

 

Location: This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

The Right-of-Entry (ROE) Specialist Intern is responsible for engaging with property owners and obtaining Right of Entry (ROE) agreements for Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs). This role plays a critical part in expanding fiber network access by securing necessary permissions from property owners and coordinating with internal teams.

 

  • Outbound Communication: Initiate and manage outbound calls to Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) property owners to establish contact and secure Right of Entry (ROE) agreements facilitating fiber installation directly to individual units.
  • Digital Agreement Management: Utilize DocuSign to efficiently send, track, and obtain digital signatures on ROE agreements from property owners.
  • Stakeholder Support: Respond to property owner inquiries regarding the ROE process, clearly explaining its purpose, benefits, and importance for fiber deployment.
  • Administrative Accuracy: Maintain precise and up-to-date records across platforms such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and internal tracking tools to ensure seamless project tracking and reporting.

Required Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Must be able to complete at least 24+ working hours between Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST
  • Must be 18+ years of age

Other Qualifications

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with property owners, HOAs, and legal documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams.
  • Familiarity with fiber network deployment and construction processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in administrative tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Excel).
