As a HR Business Partner in our Madison, Wisconsin office, you will be responsible for providing Employee Relations support to your assigned business units or supporting the other Human Resources Business Partners in the areas of performance management, talent management, employment policies and employee relations. This includes but is not limited to assisting with analysis completion, performance metrics and employee attendance tracking and verification, conducting research, participating in interviews, case discussions and investigations and completing documentation. As a HR Business Partner, you will also handle employee disciplinary meetings, performance improvement meetings, leaves of absence and/or medical accommodation requests, provide general consultative advice and conduct in-person exit interviews. In general, you will handle highly confidential cases, assignments, and projects.
