    We are seeking a B2B Sales Advisor to join our team in order to meet the increasing demands of our clients!  Our sales training and development system is unmatched when it comes to talent, process, and commitment to our Sales Advisors. 



     As a Business Sales Advisor - B2B your will be responsible for:


    • You will be calling on current and potential business customers (B2B), consulting and advising on #TDS Telecom business products and services.
    • 50% inbound calls and 50% outbound calls to Existing Customers!
    • Drive new customer acquisition (We’ll provide you with qualified leads).
    • Independent role with strong support from supervisor, training department, and marketing department.

    Required Qualifications

    • 1+ years telecommunications OR sales experience.
    • 2+ years’ experience using a PC with various software package.
    • Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines to meet our customers’ needs

    Other Qualifications

    • Self-motivated and comfortable accepting responsibility for achieving defined sales targets.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, oral and written.
    • Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships.
    • Advanced sales and/or customer service skills a plus.
    • Ability to adapt to rapid change and fast-paced environment while incorporating time management skills.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, as well as SABRE, DESI, MetaSolv, Cobra, and all customer information systems.
