The Contract Administrator maintains documents and records pertaining to all aspects of the contracting process, including all Company master service agreements (and associated statements of work, work orders, and amendments), vendor agreements, licenses, non-disclosure agreements, and related documents. Serve as the primary contact for the contract management application (Ariba), including administration thereof according to specifications including entering new contracts into the data base, performing changes to existing contracts, monitoring contract expiration dates and contract renewal dates, continuous monitoring and audit of the contract management application and the documents therein. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Advanced knowledge of customer and vendor contracts.
Strong computer literacy involving an advanced working knowledge of Word and Excel and experience using contract management systems.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Perform a variety of complex tasks and basic understanding of information technology (IT) services.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with high level of detail, accuracy and with minimal supervision.
Must possess good writing and verbal communication skills.
