  • Overview

    The Contract Administrator maintains documents and records pertaining to all aspects of the contracting process, including all Company master service agreements (and associated statements of work, work orders, and amendments), vendor agreements, licenses, non-disclosure agreements, and related documents.  Serve as the primary contact for the contract management application (Ariba), including administration thereof according to specifications including entering new contracts into the data base, performing changes to existing contracts, monitoring contract expiration dates and contract renewal dates, continuous monitoring and audit of the contract management application and the documents therein.  Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the administration and processing of negotiated master contracts, vendor agreements, licenses, non-disclosure agreements, and related documents
    • Serve as primary point of contact for internal customers coordinating contract administration application process/procedures. 
    • Review contracts to determine level of approval
    • Coordinate approvals and signatures with business owners, legal, and finance departments
    • Assist in the development of process improvements.
    • Assist Human Resources, Legal, Finance and Corporate Internal Auditors with specific requests regarding contract information.
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) OR 4+ years professional work experience.
    • 2+ year experience with customer and vendor contracts.

     

    Other Qualifications

    • Advanced knowledge of customer and vendor contracts.

    • Strong computer literacy involving an advanced working knowledge of Word and Excel and experience using contract management systems.

    • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

    • Perform a variety of complex tasks and basic understanding of information technology (IT) services.

    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with high level of detail, accuracy and with minimal supervision.

    • Must possess good writing and verbal communication skills.
