The Outside Residential Sales Representative Team Lead (2BE) is responsible for increasing revenues in select TDS cable operations. They will assist Direct Sales leadership with the mentorship and coaching of the Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) to meet and/or exceed their monthly sales and revenue targets, and grow the customer base. The individual will assist in providing direction, day to day supervision, and hands-on training of staff members.. This position will be responsible for an individual monthly sales quota in conjunction with providing direction to other sales representatives.
