    We are offering a $1000 Sign-On Bonus along with the option to work from home once you have successfully completed the training and introductory period.


    Our Inside Sales Associates are the first point of contact for our customers. Our mission is to grow, delight and retain our customers through exceptional customer service. This position handles inbound calls from both new and existing customers.  In this role, you will identify the needs of the customer and provide them with the right products and services to fit their needs. 



    • Wednesday, September 5th start date
    • The first 3 days of training start in our Knoxville Office
    • 2 week paid training at Madison, WI headquarters (8:00am-5:00pmCT M-F) Flights and Hotel Paid for! 
    • Once training concludes, your shift would be 11:00am-8:00pmEST M-F with a rotating Saturday (every 4th weekend)

    • $45,000 average total compensation (30k base + commission), with top performers making $50k+
    • $1,000 sign-on bonus

    • Deliver sales results through providing exceptional customer service

    Required Qualifications:

    • 6+ months experience in a sales role
    • 2+ years’ experience using a PC with various software packages
    • Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines to meet our customers’ needs.
