An Oracle Service Administrator III is an intermediate position within OneNeck’s Managed Services organization. The Service Administrators are a team of generalists that provide support for a variety of services provided by OneNeck. A Service Administrator II will have a strong understanding of 1 or more of the following areas.
A Service Administrator will work in a multi-disciplined department and will work with their peers and customers directly to deliver OneNeck services. They will also be responsible for creating work instructions for their peers and the Service Desk to use for resolution of issues and completion of requests. Scheduled activities and low risk changes will also be in their scope of responsibilities.
