    Responsibilities

    “Business Sales Advisor”:

    • As a “Business Sales Advisor”, you will call on current and potential business customers (B2B), consult and advise on #TDS Telecom business products and services
    • 50% inbound calls and 50% outbound calls
    • Drive new customer acquisition (We’ll provide you with qualified leads)
    • Independent role with strong support from supervisor, training department, and marketing department.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • 1+ years telecommunications OR sales experience.
    • 2+ years’ experience using a PC with various software package.
    • Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines to meet our customers’ needs

    Other Qualifications:

    • Self-motivated and comfortable accepting responsibility for achieving defined sales targets.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, oral and written.
    • Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships.
    • Advanced sales and/or customer service skills a plus.
    • Ability to adapt to rapid change and fast-paced environment while incorporating time management skills.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, as well as SABRE, DESI, MetaSolv, Cobra, and all customer information systems.
