We are offering a $1000 Sign-On Bonus along with the option to work from home once you have successfully completed the training and introductory period.

 

Our mission is to grow, delight and retain our customers through exceptional customer service. Our Retention Advisors are the first point of contact for our residential customers. This position handles inbound calls from existing customers.   You will be responsible for processing move orders and working to retain high risk customers that are looking to leave TDS.  In this role, you will identify the needs of the customer and provide them with the right products and services to fit their needs. 

 

Details:

  • Wednesday, February 7th start date
  • Paid training at Madison, WI headquarters (8:00am-5:00pm M-F)
  • Once training concludes, your shift would be 10:00am-7:00pm M-F with a rotating Saturday (every 4th weekend)

Compensation:

  • Competitive Hourly Base Pay + Annual Company Bonus (based on company results)
  • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

  • Protect existing revenue by retaining customers that are calling to move, disconnect their service or that are at risk of leaving TDS.
  • Deliver results through providing exceptional customer service
  • Keeps current with promotions, products and technology necessary to exceeding or meeting sales goals

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • 2+ years’ experience using a PC with various software packages.
  • Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines to meet our customers’ needs.
