TDS is seeking a pro-active, detail oriented professional to join our Talent Acquisition team, located in our Madison, WI office.


The Human Resources - Administrative Assistant position provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and assists recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and new employees with the talent acquisition, selection, and onboarding processes.

  • Provides a wide variety of administrative support services to the talent acquisition team. Administers programs, projects, and processes specific to the business unit served.
  • Provide general administrative support such as: filing, scanning, copying, coding invoices, maintaining supplies, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and other administrative support as needed.
  • Assists with the administration of hiring and separation processes. Gathers information and completes notifications and other relevant administrative tasks, as needed. Assists with new employee Onboarding process.
  • Assists with the publishing and maintenance of information on Intranet for Human Resources teams.



Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ administrative work experience.
  • 1+ years’ experience of MS Word and MS Excel.

Other Qualifications:

  • Previous human resource experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
