The Coordinator – Production Systems Support position prepares various specialized billing system inputs for processing and outputs for distribution to customers and management.  This includes, but is not limited to, the following functions:  Purchase of Accounts Receivable Statements (PARS), Billing & Collection (B&C) charges, CARE processing fees, collection agency fees, large bills for NY customers, entering billing data into third party software, and periodic management reporting.


  • Prepare, calculate, report, and review billing inputs, such as minutes of use, charges / adjustments. This includes B&C carrier compensation arrangements/services (EAS, wireless transiting, terminating IntraLATA, SOLIX, ATT, IBIS, CARE, DA, Collection Agency Fees).
  • Retrieve & report data including message, minute, and revenue volumes by company and exchange for use in budgets, tariff development, management reports, pool reports, and other data requests.
  • Produce monthly reports for Billing Ops and other TDS departments related to various billing information such as Late Payment Charges, Uncollectibles, NANPA CICs, Rates, Charges, A/R, MOU, IXC contacts.
  • Maintains team mailbox and performs error reviews, monthly PTC and RT235 reconciliations.
  • Process statements for distribution to wholesale and retail customers including PARS, NY Large Bill Format, GSA, and OB10.
  • Activities include: entering data; preparing, printing and mailing or electronically delivering statements; tracking payments, and preparing of data files to accounting


Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree or 2+ years  professional work experience.
