We are growing our team in Bend, OR! We are also offering a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus and the option to work remote from home once you have successfully completed the training and introductory period.


As an Inside Sales Representative you will be a key contributor to BendBroadbands's overall consumer strategy.  Your focus is to delight customers, grow revenue and achieve individual and company sales goals by providing exceptional customer service.  


You would be the primary point of contact for consumer customers inquiring about products and services. CSRs take ownership of thoroughly understanding the features and benefits of all the consumer products and services we offer. The CSR also keeps current on all pricing, procedures, promotions, tools, and systems used to place orders, update billing and maintain record of customer contacts.



  • Start Date:  Wednesday, February 14th
  • 3 week paid training LOCALLY in Bend, OR (8:00am-5:00pm M-F)
  • Once training concludes, your shift would be between 8:00am-6:00pm M-F with a rotating Saturday

  • $13.40/hour base and UNCAPPED commissions, top performers making $55k+ (base & commissions).

  • Deliver Sales Results through Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Exceed or Meet Monthly Sales Goals of Strategic Products such as but not limited to, Voice, High Speed Data, TV and Internet Content Product Offerings
  • Moves/Adds/Changes/Inquiries: Delight and retain existing customer base by consistently providing exceptional customer service on all billing inquiries, seasonal service requests, toll inquiries, and other miscellaneous inquiries.   The CSR will consult with customers on these service calls to identify customer technology needs and offer TDS product solutions they may not currently have and/or we can offer at a better value.  CSR will collect payments
  • Keeps current with Promotions, Products and Technology necessary to Exceeding or Meeting Sales Goals
  • Regular attendance and promptness for work are essential functions of this positionbecause absenteeism and tardiness significantly impact the ability of the Company and coworkers to meet our customers' needs


Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years’ experience in a sales role.
  • 2+ years’ experience using a PC with various software packages.
  • Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines to meet our customers’ needs.

Other Qualifications

  • 6+ months experience in a fast paced environment managing multiple tasks.
  • 6+ months experience working with detailed data.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls in a structured, contact center environment.
  • Understanding of the telecommunication industry.
  • Understanding of telecommunication products and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (i.e., verbal, written, listening).
  • Problem solving skills (i.e. customer complaints, competitive issues).
  • Successful completion of classroom training will be required.
  • Demonstrated success in a competitive sales environment.
  • Able to Work Overtime with Advance Notice.
  • Willing and able to travel based on the needs of the business.
