As an Inside Sales Representative you will be a key contributor to BendBroadbands's overall consumer strategy. Your focus is to delight customers, grow revenue and achieve individual and company sales goals by providing exceptional customer service.
You would be the primary point of contact for consumer customers inquiring about products and services. CSRs take ownership of thoroughly understanding the features and benefits of all the consumer products and services we offer. The CSR also keeps current on all pricing, procedures, promotions, tools, and systems used to place orders, update billing and maintain record of customer contacts.
