TDS has an exciting opportunity to join our Contact Center Operation team as an Intern.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and expands upon current contact center reporting systems/applications
  • Develops new reporting applications with focus on providing actionable data to our contact center leaders and agents
  • Troubleshoots issues with existing contact center reporting systems/applications, provides root cause analysis and recommends and implements solutions
  • Communicates with customers to develop requirements to ensure information requests meet and or exceed business needs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Currently pursuing an Associate's degree (or higher) in Technology, Applications Development, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 1 (+) semesters of relational database coursework
  • 1 (+) semesters of programming coursework (any language)

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience with MS Office Suite, including MS Access.
  • Experience with data visualization software, such as Tableau
  • Experience working in an Object Oriented Programming language
  • Ability to plan and organize multiple tasks and learn rapidly in a new environment.
  • A working knowledge of SQL concepts such as stored procedures, CTEs, DDL, and DML.
  • Excellent PC skills, good understanding of networking and database connectivity.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-energy environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to meet the needs of all internal customers.
  • Well-developed conceptual thinking skills including good intuition and the ability to make educated decisions based on user needs
