TDS has an exciting opportunity to join our Contact Center Operation team as a Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and expands upon current contact center reporting systems/applications
  • Develops new reporting applications with focus on providing actionable data to our contact center leaders and agents
  • Troubleshoots issues with existing contact center reporting systems/applications, provides root cause analysis and recommends and implements solutions
  • Communicates with customers to develop requirements to ensure information requests meet and or exceed business needs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher OR 2+ years professional work experience
  • 2+ years experience in the area of Relational Database Reporting Languages such as: SQL, PSQL, or TSQL OR experience programming with either Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), c#, or asp.net
